How refunds work for store purchases on CoastMC.

Digital items
Store purchases are digital and are delivered to your account once payment is confirmed.
Digital delivery does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for non-delivery, faulty content or incorrect charges. Mandatory consumer rights and the safeguards in our Terms of Service take priority over this policy.
Requesting a refund
If a purchase was not delivered or was charged in error, contact support with your username and order details.
