COASTMC / PYRON COMPANY
Terms of Service
The terms for using the CoastMC website and Minecraft network, with clear responsibilities and protection for your statutory rights.
These terms explain using CoastMC, purchases, moderation and your rights. Mandatory consumer protections always take priority.
Who operates CoastMC
CoastMC is operated by Kevin van Beek, based in Gelderland, Netherlands, under the CoastMC / Pyron Company branding. In these terms, “CoastMC”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this operator. Contact: support@pyroncompany.com, or the contact form linked on this page.
These terms cover the CoastMC website, Minecraft network, official community features and associated support services. A store checkout or an external provider may have additional terms identifying the seller, product, price and payment arrangements. These terms do not replace mandatory information that must be supplied before a purchase.
Accepting the terms and eligibility
By accessing or using CoastMC, you agree to the terms that apply to that use and to the published network rules. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service. A purchase requires the separate agreement and any consents shown during checkout.
You must be legally able to enter the relevant agreement. If you are a minor and permission is required where you live, ask your parent or legal guardian to review these terms and authorise your use and any purchase. A child must not make a purchase without the necessary authorisation.
You are responsible for obtaining a legitimate Minecraft account, a compatible game version, your device and an internet connection. Microsoft, Mojang, Discord and other external services have their own eligibility requirements and terms.
Accounts and account security
Use your account lawfully and keep it secure. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or recovery information with CoastMC staff or other players. Tell support if an account used on the network is compromised and secure it before returning.
Do not impersonate another person, sell or transfer accounts through CoastMC, or use another account to evade a restriction. We may investigate activity associated with an account, but will consider relevant evidence of compromise when reviewing a report or appeal.
A Minecraft account remains subject to its platform provider’s terms. Access to CoastMC does not give you ownership of CoastMC systems, software, network currency, ranks, artwork or services.
Rules, fair play and acceptable use
Follow the network rules, reasonable safety instructions from staff and any clearly communicated rules for a particular game or event. The rules cover fair play, communication, player safety, account use and the integrity of matches and rankings.
Do not cheat, automate gameplay for an unfair advantage, exploit bugs, manipulate statistics, distribute malicious software, threaten or harass people, disclose private information or interfere with the operation of the network.
Do not access systems without authorisation, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, overload services or interfere with other people’s accounts. Report suspected vulnerabilities and serious safety concerns privately to support.
Moderation, restrictions and appeals
We may remove content, correct manipulated rewards or statistics, restrict features, mute, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce the rules, protect players, comply with law or secure the service. We consider the seriousness, available evidence, context and relevant previous violations.
Urgent safety or security risks may require immediate action. Where reasonably possible, the affected player will be told the reason for a restriction. We may withhold evidence where disclosure would expose another person’s private information, compromise an investigation or reveal security protections.
You can challenge a punishment through the official appeals process and request a staff review. Include your username, the punishment reference if available, and relevant context or evidence. An appeal does not automatically suspend a restriction or guarantee a different outcome.
A purchase or rank does not provide immunity from the rules. Any effect of a restriction on purchased content remains subject to the purchase agreement and your mandatory consumer rights.
Purchases, payments and digital items
Use only the official store linked from CoastMC. Before paying, check the seller’s identity, the full price and currency, taxes or charges, the product description, account requirements, delivery arrangements, duration and any renewal terms. Do not proceed if required information is missing or unclear.
Only an expressly described subscription may involve recurring payments. The relevant checkout must explain the billing period and how to cancel. These general website terms do not by themselves authorise recurring billing.
Digital ranks, cosmetics and other entitlements provide the access described in the offer; they are not investments, cash or a claim to ownership of the network. The meaning and duration of an entitlement are determined by the product description and applicable law. We do not promise that the service will operate indefinitely.
Payment providers and any external seller process purchases under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not send card numbers, passwords or authentication codes through support forms. For an order problem, provide your username, order reference and a description of the issue.
Cancellation, refunds and consumer remedies
Your mandatory rights take priority over these terms and any refund-policy wording. In particular, delivery of a digital item does not automatically remove every right to cancel or obtain a remedy.
Where EU or other applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, you can exercise it as the law permits. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of a withdrawal right requires the legal conditions to be satisfied, including the required prior express consent and acknowledgement; merely visiting the website or accepting these general terms is not that consent.
Rights concerning missing delivery, duplicate or unauthorised charges, faulty content, misleading descriptions or non-conforming digital services remain available where the law provides them. Contact support or the seller shown on your receipt promptly so the issue can be investigated. You do not waive a legitimate payment dispute by contacting us.
For purchase assistance, email support@pyroncompany.com or use the contact page. Include the order reference and the requested resolution. Any store-specific cancellation instructions apply in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Virtual currency, progress and game changes
Network coins, experience, statistics and gameplay rewards are service features. Unless a product offer and applicable law state otherwise, they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred outside supported features or sold through unofficial channels.
Games may be balanced, maps may change and seasons may end. We may correct errors or reverse rewards obtained through an exploit or manipulation. Material changes affecting a paid entitlement will be handled consistently with the offer and applicable consumer law, including notice and remedies where required.
Please report incorrect balances, lost purchases or statistical errors. We will assess available records; a reported loss is not automatically proof of an entitlement, and we cannot promise that every gameplay event can be reconstructed.
Availability, maintenance and open beta
The website is in open beta. Features may be incomplete, and maintenance, errors, connection failures or security incidents may interrupt access. We work to keep the service usable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular latency or that every feature will remain unchanged.
We may perform maintenance, limit affected features or temporarily take a service offline for operational or security reasons. Where practical, significant planned interruptions will be announced through official channels. Beta status does not remove obligations relating to paid products or mandatory legal rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may discontinue a service for genuine operational reasons, subject to obligations concerning notice, paid entitlements, personal data and consumer remedies.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in original messages, screenshots and other content you submit. You must have permission to share that content and must not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.
By submitting content to a CoastMC feature, you allow us to host, store, reproduce and display it to the extent reasonably needed to provide that feature, moderate it, investigate an issue or meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorise unrelated commercial use of your content.
CoastMC branding, original artwork, website material and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the service for its intended purposes, but may not falsely imply endorsement, redistribute proprietary assets or use our branding deceptively. This does not restrict rights or exceptions granted by law.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data used to operate the network, display public rankings, answer support requests and keep players safe. It also describes third-party requests, browser storage and your rights.
Links to Discord, the store, Microsoft, Mojang or other external services may take you to services operated under their own terms. We do not control their availability or practices. Check the destination and its policies before sharing information or paying.
CoastMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Responsibility and limits required by law
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and for losses for which the law makes it responsible. You must take reasonable care of your account, device and connection. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by a service outside our control, a user’s breach of these terms or misuse of the service. This is not an exclusion of liability for our own breach where the law requires a remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not require consumers to indemnify us for every claim or waive mandatory legal remedies.
Complaints, applicable law and disputes
First contact support@pyroncompany.com or use the contact form with a clear description and the outcome you seek. We will consider complaints in good faith. Gameplay appeals should use the appeals process so the relevant evidence can be reviewed.
These terms are governed by Netherlands law to the extent a choice of law is permitted. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply.
You retain access to competent courts, consumer authorities and any applicable statutory dispute-resolution procedure. These terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or require a consumer to bring every claim exclusively in the Netherlands.
Updates, interpretation and contact
The effective and last-updated date is shown on this page. We may update the terms for changes in the service, legal requirements or safety needs. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention by appropriate means where required, with advance notice where the law requires it.
New terms apply prospectively from the stated effective date. They do not retroactively remove rights arising from an earlier purchase or incident. Where renewed acceptance is legally required, we will seek it rather than treating silence as agreement.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. For questions, contact Kevin van Beek / CoastMC at support@pyroncompany.com.
